Styrelsen har beslutat att höja månadsavgiften med 5% fr o m 1 januari 2025, för att vara bättre rustad inför framtida, lätt ökande, underhållsbehov. De sista lån som föreningen har med låg (c:a 1%) ränta löper ut i slutet av oktober 2025 och det är redan kompenserat i föreningens budget.

Brf Klinten 2 har sagt upp vårt 5-åriga hyresavtal av garage och ärendet kommer att behandlas i Hyresnämnden i början av januari. Vi återkommer med mer information när det finns något att kommunicera.

Styrelsen har efter upphandling beslutat att ersätta Nordstaden med Fastums fastighetsförvaltning med början 1 januari 2025.

Monthly fee increased with 5% and the garage is subject to negotiation

The Board has decided to increase the monthly fee by 5% as of January 2025 to be better prepared for future, slightly increasing, maintenance requirements. The last loans from the association with low (approx. 1%) interest will be replaced at the end of October 2025. This is already handled in the budget of the association for 2025.

Brf Klinten 2 have terminated our 5-year rental agreement of the garage and this issue will be treated in Hyresnämnden (the relevant authority) in the beginning of January. We will inform you when more information is available.

The Board has, after a tender process, decided to replace Nordstaden with the property management of Fastum as of 1 January 2025.
